I recently took a flight to the annual Jar Jar Binks convention in West Horton, Ohio. I did not want to pack my Jar Jar costume as it is extremely expensive, but it wouldn't fit in a carry on, so I had to wear it. First, the search at the airport was a human rights violation. The airport security was very rude, and made me give up the two blasters I had on, then got mad at me because of my elaborate costume, saying it took so long to search it held up the line. Then when I finally got on the plane, the stewardess said I couldn't wear my Jar Jar mask, and the two people sitting next to me (I was in the middle), grumbled because my costume took up too much space and had stuff sticking out. After takeoff, I got in the aisle, put on my mask, and danced and yelled to entertain the other travelers. The stewardess tried to stop me but I ran screaming down the aisle, and then dove into a bunch of peoples laps. I was restrained for the rest of the flight. Do you think I can sue for harrasement?

Yes, you were harassing others, and No, you cannot sue anyone else. It is a failure of the justice system that you weren't jailed and neutered, presuming you aren't already neuter gender.

No you absolutely can not sue for harrassment, unless you want to lose the case. First of all, you should have packed the costume up.......If it was sssssoooooo expensive, I am sure you would have been able to afford a hard sided suitcase or something of that nature for the costume. Next, I would be upset too, if some one was sitting next to me on a plane and they were taking up some of the space i paid for. And to run up and down the aisles? How old are you 3? Give me a break, stop whining and just admit you were in the wrong. You deserve to be restrained, especially if you go to Jar Jar Binks Conventions...Get a Life!!!!

You are lucky the Air Marshalls didnt shoot you. They are the ones that look like Jabba the Hut and have'nt had their blasters taken away from them by Airport security.
Next time try running UP the isle and start banging on the cockpit door...it might solve a lot of problems for everybody! : )

How do you think that you can sue when you are the one causing the problem? It is stated and is common knowledge that you should never cause trouble on a flight, because of the obvious security problems that it creates. You would not stand a chance in court,in light of all of the aviation related terrorist incidents, etc.
