Most impressive, I think, is that 13 year old Miley Cyrus is going to be a popular teen actress and singer who is going places if she doesn't fall into the many traps that exist for young celebs.She has very good comic timing for her age, the willingness to be silly and embarrassing without concern, and that throaty voice that gives her the "country sound" and makes her sound and act a bit like Lucille Ball. Frankly, I think she acts circles around Billy Ray who seems to be talking to 7 year olds when he reads his lines.The fact that she and Billy Ray are father and daughter makes the scenes with them fun and when they hug I can tell that it is a real hug. From what I can tell, Miley's mother passed away when she was a baby (her birthday Nov 92 and Billy Ray and Tish's wedding was December 1993) so the scene at the end of "She's a Super Sneak" must have had some extra punch for them. Certainly when Billy Ray puts his arms around her it sure seems like a dad hugging a daughter he adores.
