I like to wear a elaborate Jar Jar Binks costume and mask as part of my every day life. I went to the grocery store, and saw how depressed everyone was so I thought I would help. I started dancing in the aisles, and yelling at people, and running up to people and taking things out of their cart. It was great fun. Then when I went to check out, there was only one lane open and a long line. I screamed and screamed while in line and danced, bumping into other people. I opened a box of baking soda and threw it around. Finally I got to the checkout. I started making noises at the cashier, and I kept pressing buttons on the computer. Some people in line were groaning because the line was getting very long, but that gave me even more incentive to make them laugh. I climbed onto the table and started kicking peoples groceries on the floor and singing. The manager and one of his goons pulled me off and said I could never shop there again. Can I sue for harrasement or possibly assualt?

Well, I like how your intentions were good and you were just trying to make everyone laugh. But honestly, it's a little creepy. And disrupting the line so that people can't get on with their day is kind of rude and definitely would make a lot of people angry So no, I don't think you can sue them. But if I was in the grocery store when you did that I would probably laugh.

No! They should sue you for all that baking soda you wasted and all the people who are scared to shop there because of what you did and for screwing around with the computer. But you won't have to worry about that, seeing as how you made that story up obviously.

I did somethings like this once in a market and for all the same reasons only difference, i worn a gorilla mask and everyone kept
wishing me a happy MLK day and telling how great the black community is. On the way out some black dude yelled.."hang in there my African brother". Anyway, i was able to shop there again due to my anonymity but, on the way to my car i robbed two white woman in the parking lot and raped and old lady on the way home. should i turn myself in as me, or as gorilla face/black man in flannel shirt and sandals?

you really don't have a case against the store because you were the one screaming, bumping against people, and destroying their merchandise.If anything the store could sue you. I think that you are lucky that they just threw you out and banned you from the store,If this story is true then I think you got what you deserved.

I think that had you not caused any damage or disruption,you would have a case,but,I think that they would probably have a stronger case to sue you because of the trouble that you caused in an already stressful situation.
