how do you get dark under your eyes or bags under your eyes?

i want it. some people have said i look like a person in the mafia because i have that. like al pacino i guess not specifically though him but anyone have an opinion or anything to say about this?

either coz ur constantly tired, or dehydrated or just genetics. ppl from mediterranenbackground tend to have a bit of dark circles.
some girls put make up concealer and stuff to cover it up

ok lemme understand this---u WANT dark circles or bags under your eyes? well u could start with heavy drugs & heavy drinking
