It's frustrating. For example, when somebody else is giving me a telephone number over my cell phone, one of the numbers will always be cut out. Same with everything else. You can usually tell what the other person is saying even though every eighth second or so is missing, but it sounds strange.

It's a Spr*nt phone. I have taken it in for service several times to no avail. The snippy clerks insist that it has been repaired, but nothing changes.

Also, one of their technicians said I should keep it set on Roam; another said just the opposite and changed it to Automatic.

Technology is wonderful, but only when technology companies know what they're doing and care about providing good service to their customers.

Oh well, the contract is for only one year.

not sure where you live but sprint is not a very good cellular company to deal with. let me know what area you live in and I can make a reccomendation as to the best company to choose in your area
