its really all about the practice you get to do your plastic surgery.
my brothers girlfriend got some and they turned out nice but ive seen pitctures where the doctors did terrible jobs.

well i have never had them but the best thing to do would be to go to a very good doctor who has very high ratings and ask him, some times they will let you feel the bags to see what the feel like! just be sure that once you go get some new boobs the doctor is very good and clean even if he cost more than other doctors, wouldn't you want nice healthy breast for big bucks then cheap ones that make you ill for pocket change!!!

if you are not old enough or mature enough to call it what it is....breast implants rather nicknaming it after a fruit, i do not believe you should be getting any plastic surgery. no responsible plastic surgeon will do it for someone before the age of 21. your body will change until that age so let nature do its job. until then, get some counselling to address why your insecurites and low self esteem. if you were more confident and had better self esteem, you would not feel the need to have surgery or post it on here for reaffirmation.

My cousin got em 2 years ago then decided they were too big and got smaller ones put in. The first time she got salne and they were hard and pretty obviously fake... now w/ the silicone they look real and they feel pretty real too. She was in a lot of pain recovering and for a few months right after they looked real high and fake, but now they look great.

Frankly I don't think they ever look very good so I would suggest you don't get them...natural is best even if they're are not as big or the shape you want.

I don't have them nor do I plan on getting them.
They put in a water balloon in both your breasts and if it explodes, it would make you have cancer! It's VERY risky. Do not get them done! Besides, ask yourself: Why are you doing this anyways??

i don't think that anybody should get that done to their body. people are supposed to appreciate what God gave you instead of changing it every few years or so. i personally think that you shouldn't get that done but that is just my opinion though.

some silicon bags stuffed inside your boobs. be careful as not to get it burst while doing stuffs.

if i were you i wouldnt get them not only do they look fake and bad but there could have complications with your health..like your boob bursting
