"What's wrong with the legal system?" Is a loaded question. In short: Plea Bargains combined with requirement for guilt parties to be found "Guilty beyond a reasonable doubt". The latter is just. Plea bargains are, I believe, an awful disservice to the name of justice. It allows for real criminals to purger themselves for the sake of getting a reduced sentence, which may put innocent people (who may have otherwise been found not guilty) in prison, and it causes innocent people to admit guilt to things they didn't do, at the risk of serving more time if they didn't admit it.

I'm not saying that terrorists shouldn't be penalized more harshly, but drug dealers are just as bad as terrorists. Drug dealers affect more lives than just the people they sell their drugs to. Drugs tear families apart and even if drug users aren't killed, they can become distant from their family and suffer from the use of the drugs. I say that drug dealers are just as bad if not worse than terrorists.

It pays to save your mouth close. there is not something you may do about that now regardless of the reality that. stay consisting of your moms and dads and save your eyes open. be attentive on your environment. enable this be a lesson. it ought to were way extra ideal to save your mouth close. you're literally not incorrect, yet shady characters like that are large hardship. good success to you and in case you spot something suspicious call the cops. also tell your moms and dads so that they recognize to be searching. they should be pleased with you. i am always stunned when i read in the paper about murderers getting 3 years or something on a technicality,or someone in for 25-life for murder who is out loooong b4 the sentance has run its term.the worst was the case where a man said"if they let me out,im going to kill my wife".they let him out,and he did kill his wife.how much clearer could he have been, and why did no one in the prison take him seriously?sentancing seems not only arbitrary and lenient, but very much biased toward the murderer, not for the safety of society.

Why doesn't life in prison mean life?
Why does a murderer get 10 years for taking a life?
When you figure it out let me know.
