Dont worry lil angel, its just a phase ur going through to bring you out of adoloscene and into adulthood. Hearing you speak reminds me of me when i was about ur age. Im 18 now by the way if your wondering.
Things will subside and you will grow into this amazing girl which will be breaking hearts soon enough, i know you will. But for now, dont let things get you entirely down, let the people around you that you care for, know that you love them by actually saying and say positive things in general. That will sure to help you alot, trust me. Im glad i could help.

don worry hun went through that face last year where nothing works. Best thing i can tell you be patient with your self, life is changing and you are growing and realising that things are not as easy as they used to be when you were younger, theres pressure to pass exams and from friends and all but best thing find out the one thing that you like about yourself and every day you wake up, think about it. also learn to be thankful of little things try and imagine people who cant see and walk and just thank God every day that you can, this will give you a reason to wake up, the fact that you have life.
Get a hobby something you love doing and include your friends so that you always have people around you and avoid being alone all the time because then you will have too much time worrying.
youll be fine just hang in there, life is an ocean, it comes and goes.

Something positve occurred you say that you like, you have started being a different person, if that person makes you feel better I would say that is a good move, not quite sure why you are still feeling depressed though unless there is something about the new different person that you do not like.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to talk to a doctor if you continue to feel depressed or unhappy.
Do you feel much better on sunny days. it could just be SAD symdrome, just chat with your doc about it.
Too much junk food can have an affect too, especially if you are not eating enough vitamins and minerals in the diet from fresh fruit and vegetables.

I know how you feel, im 22 but can understand and have a 14 year old sister that always seems stressed..You have to look at it as a positve thing and think why u r depressed and try and alter these things or bring more in to your life, like learn a new skill or join a volunteering group to help others that are worse off-basically something to keep you active and to make you feel good about yourself! Enjoy being young, its crazy how growing up is sooo quick when you look back...go and try some new things and ideas!!

hey, I'm 14 and I'm going through the same thing too! Sometimes I get really stressed like you said and stay out of all people'sconversations and just kind of blend into the wall, and then other times I'm TOTALLY hyper and talk LOADS. I think it's just a part of growing up...to make yourself feel better take a hot shower and then read a book or listen to music for awhile. Just do something that makes you comfortable...
Thats what I do and I feel lots better. Hope I helped!

i know exactly what u are doing wrong. u don't need to try to become a different person then who u really are. Just be youself and appreciate the life and nature around you, u know, just take some time to go to the beach and listen to the waves gentely hit the sun soft sand, of take a walk around your street every day. u might even see a squirrel! you are only stressed if u choose to be. Set aside everything that is bothering you...shool, home, friends, homework, etc.. and take one hour for some peace and quite.

i went through the same kind of thing too. honestly i think its just all your hormones that suddenly jump inot play. One minute your feel fine and the next you could happily bite someones head off.
The next time you feel stressed out take a bath or something or go out with friends. Something to relax you
