My fiance and I are planning a Vegas vacation since we will both be turning 21. Are there any places in particular that we CAN'T miss and any other advice/tips would be appreciated!!

I live here, and if you've never been here here's where to go:
FREE attractions:
Fountains and Conservatory at Bellagio
Volcano in front of Mirage and you can walk through Siegfried and Roy's animal and dolphin garden inside Mirage
Top of the Stratosphere- great view, ride the rollercoaster and Big Shot (you have to pay for these, very reasonabley priced though)
Pirate show in front of Treasure Island
Hoover Dam a little outside of Vegas towards Arizona
Just walking the Strip is cool
Circus show and games upstairs at Circus Circus Hotel

Attractions (that cost):
Gondola ride through the Venetian (low coast and they'l serenade you) Very romantic
They have really cool rollercoasters at Circus Circus and New York New York
Helicopter Ride over Strip
Desert Princess paddleboat on Lake Mead, they'll take you to Hoover Dam too

Shows:
All shows are in the $90-$135 range, I would get your tickets now before you go at
"O" at Bellagio (my favorite-it's FANTASTIC)
Mystere
Ka
Love (Beatles show)
All 4 shows above are Cirque De Soleil productions which= PHENOMINAL, best shows in Vegas
Blue Man Group
Lance Burton, Master Magician- he's great
And there are random shows at The Comedy Club which I belIeve is inside the Tropicana which are pretty funny and a lot cheaper than the strip shows
Go to www.vegas.com to get tickets to any of these, you can book reservations to anything here
Great shopping and dining is at the Venetian, Ceaser's Palace, and the Bellagio
HAVE A GREAT TIME!

Oh almost forgot the Fremont Street Experiance is free, every hour on the hour at night, there's this huge music and light show that goes on the ceiling overhead and they have great drinks and kiosks and bars (Hogs and Heifers is GREAT) all along Fremont street it's a must see. Drink cheap and see lots.

Dine at the top of the Eiffel Tower at the Paris, or at the "Top of the World" restaurant on top of the Stratosphere. Spago and The Palm Steakhouse in Caesar's Palace, very romantic and nic. Go to Wynn Casino too, they have a nice steakhouse as well, and you can sit in front of this giant glass wall and look at pretty waterfalls and foilage.
Have fun!

I know you're going to see lots of great places all along the strip, but there's also a great outlet mall on the southern end of town. But the think I would say you must make time for is Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam. I've been to Vegas several times (I don't even gamble I just love that town so much), and my favorite place so far has been Hoover Dam. It's a sight to behold.

First time to Vegas we stayed at the Treasure Island hotel-pretty cool. You'll do a lot of walking-all the hotels are really neat, each one has something to see. We are going in March to see Celine Dion before she leaves. The condolier ride at the Venetian is cool, but kinda pricey. Just have an open itinerary. The Fountain at the Bellagio is cool too! Have fun it's a blast! and oh yah-if someone wants to give you something on the street corner, just say NO!!! it's gross!

The clubs are the hottest thing in Vegas. The nightlife scene has erupted over night! They are all so good, but it would cost a fortune to see it all. I suggest getting a Vegas Passport. For only like $120 bucks you get admission & line pass to every club in town. If you only went to 6 places it would cost you more then that and hours of waiting in line. This gets you in EVERYWHERE and no lines. Your coming to Vegas to Party, not stand in the herd with the rest of them. you can pick one up from there website: http://www.vegas-passport.com/?a_aid=thevegashustler

Seriously the best deal in town, you wont regret it!

Stay at Mandalay Bay. It's got the youngest, most fun crowd. Definitely check out the nightclub Ra at Luxor! It's the best in town. Any Cirque Du Soleil shows are great too (especially O at Bellagio).

Have fun!

Keep him away from the "Moonlit Bunnie Ranch". Trust me...there are no bunnies there.
