I have a 2000 kia sephia and the horn has started working only intermittenly, if at all. Any suggestions?

It does have an airbag.

You need to get out of that car. It is a death trap. Have you checked out the crash test ratings on that car. Kia has improved their reliability in the last few years mainly with help from hyundai, but your car needs more than a new horn.
