I have been to multiple Luau's in Maui. The Royal Lahaina is good. I have to say the best one is The Old Laihaina Luau. The show and the food are great.

I didn't really like it that much. It was a buffet with a small variety of things. I think the only thing i ate was mashed potatoes and meat. They didn't even have a pig roasting. I wasn't impressed. The drinks were great though and the show was ok. We got bored quick. I think Old Laihaina Luau is the best. We were with friends that have been to both and everyone agrees. Have fun.

Unless you like the word, TOURIST stamped on your forehead, then go. The food is overpriced and garbage. The show gets boring after the first 10 minutes. Go to Wailea for dinner. The restaurants are sooo much better than in Lahaina.

The food was good but don't be fooled about the drinks. I had about 4 maitais and felt like it was water. My wife who may have one sip of beer a year had 4 maitais and felt the same way. There are some tables where you sit on a chair but others that you sit on the ground.

no, but in pearl city there used to be a restaurant called the monkey bar. they actually had monkeys behind glass that you could watch while you ate. they were hysterical.
