i have not long ago had a baby and have copious amounts of milk anyone any answers as to what to do with it all

I have a friend who always had a thing about pregnant women and was the type that would be into all that kind of thing - until his wife got pregnant, went off sex, was in labour for 5 days, and had an emergency c-section: suddenly the whole idea doesn't appeal any more!!
On a serious note, if you want something to do with the milk, get in touch with your local maternity ward - many of them take expressed milk to use on the SCBU wards for when mothers can't breast-feed for whatever reason (my friend had a baby on scbu and she had too much stress worrying about the baby to be trying to express to feed the baby as well).

Speak to your Midwife, or Health Visitor....you may be able to donate it to the local Maternity Hospital, if I remember correctly they use milk donated by mums who are in the hospital with more milk than their babies need, I think they give it to the premature babies.....if you yourself are breatfeeding, you can freeze it for a month I think.

Oh yes I loved it. Before and after my wife had our son I was sucking on her nipples all the time. Our son is 8 now and I am still sucking those wonderfull milk jugs. We both enjoy it very much and include it in our lovemaking every night which is still fantastic after 10 years of marrige.

I don't think they like the milk, just the nipple :) then again, i wouldn't know, i've never lactated before.
