Dear Jon,
I am having fun at camp. Wish you were here.
Those dang grandkids keep getting honey all over everything. I can't wait until we get married, so we can have some kids.
They are treating me well here at the nursing home. I picked out my wedding dress last week. When you get home from the war, I'll show you.
Our youngest granddaughter is coming to take me to the cemetery to visit you on Sunday.
I'm looking forward to our honeymoon. See you in June.
