did anyone see medium last night?

I saw most of the show medium last night and I don't usually watch it but I got called away just as Jesse's mom walked into the police room with her near the end & when I came back it was over. Did anyone see this? How did it end?

I thought it was a repeat.
If the one I thought about the doctor telling the drugged out mom her baby died, and then took the boy and raised him herself. He meets real mom working at the store, she figures out who he is and confronts the doctor. Mom killed her to keep her quiet. The boy thought he did it.
