You not understanding is the whole idea. He admits that Iraq is a mistake, right? A mistake means he is in error. So to correct this error he is going to send more troops over there in order to rectify his mistake. Of course your confused, it doesn't make any sense unless you are doing it for other reasons, like money, it can't be for political gain because even republicans to a degree are starting to say enough is enough. Democrats think Bush is a lop anyways so nothing new there, right? So unless your motivations are for personal/private interests this course of actions makes no sense.

What he is propsing is we are not sending 21,000 MORE troops to Iraq. We already have those troops standing by in other regions. Those troops standing by will be called up to active duty and assist in Bagdad. With a stronger military presence over there we will be able to do more opporative missions. Like small raids on neighborhoods that are over flowing with insergents.
Many people have gotten the wrong message. No more troops from "home" will be called up, just the ones that are in closest regions. Go on Fox news.com -they explain it so us normal people understand.

I have to understand what GWB says in a speech that at times he can hardly pronounce the words. He has political adviser Karl Rove write speech that is designer to confuse the American pubic in to believing the world is flat. What ever GWB does is ok.

I can't understand either because he always tries his best to confuse us. But I dont' agree of more killings and more troops returning home all mangled and dysfunctional. There are many more things to consider before sending more young men to death for what?
