Price doesnt matter. I want to know a REALLY good liquid eyeliner that is okay to use on sensitive eyes. Will not get CRUSTY looking,or smear everywhere? and is easy to get off at the end of the day.

Dior or Chanel. they are both around 29 bucks. i really like both cuz they are easy to use, long lasting, and intense black. both are good for sensitive eyes, my eyes are usually sensitive to other brands like Lancome and M.A.C. mac is okay, but i hate the way the brush is and it stings my eyelid. you can also try Sephora's own liquid liner, its intense and last long but i've hardly used it.

if you want cheapish liquid eyeliner you could use almay it's good i've used it, but if you want to be more expenisive go for estee lauder, lancome, chanel, dior, sephora, or any other make up stores with intense black liquid liner
