The cheapest I have ever paid for name brand DVD-R's is 10 cents. Usually average is 20-25 cents. Even if you did find 2 cent DVD-R, they would be the most unreliable media. You would have tons of coasters or the media wouldn't last very long.
If you want to find the cheapest media, if you have a Fry's Electronics, this would be the best place to get cheap media. I am sure there are web sites, I just don't have any web sites.
