Longtime residents of San Marcos, Texas, can remember Aquarena Springs by the mermaid performers in the submarine theater.
But by far, the most popular attraction was "Ralph, the Famous Swimming Pig."
Ralph swam around Aquarena Springs performing tricks and dives until the early 1990s, when he retired. Other features of the park were a Swiss Sky Ride (a Von Roll skyride), an observation deck that moved vertically 220 ft above the lake and rotated 360º, They also developed a hotel there and introduced glass bottom boats on the lake.
In 1994, Aquarena Springs was purchased by Texas State University. Aquarena Springs was operated as an amusement park until 1996, when the park was closed and converted by the university to an environmental learning center now known as Aquarena Center. The center still offers glass bottom boat tours plus environmental education tours, an endangered species exhibit and natural aquarium and scientific diving training.

It seems fine to me. Except, I hope you know that in this sentence: Other features of the park were a Swiss Sky Ride (a Von Roll skyride), an observation deck that moved vertically 220 ft above the lake and rotated 360º, They also developed a hotel there and introduced glass bottom boats on the lake.
you have a comma by 360, even though it is supposed to be a period. Also, another thing is that "other features of the park WERE" sounds kind of weird. Try using was instead.

don't start a sentance with but
Other features of the park were a Swiss Sky Ride (a Von Roll skyride), an observation deck that moved vertically 220 ft above the lake and rotated 360º, They also developed a hotel there and introduced glass bottom boats on the lake. (run on sentance)

and no offence kinda boring

After 360 degrees you need a period, not a comma. You should also say "Texas State University purchased Aquarena Springs in 1994" because it is currently in passive voice. In the last sentence take out "plus" and put in a comma instead to make the sentence parallel. Another option is to take out "plus" and say "but now it also includes".

Don't start a sentence with "but".
Don't use abbreviations like "ft" or the degrees symbol
There should be a period after degrees.
Who is "they" who developed a hotel?
Should be a comma between "glass bottom boat tours" and "plus".

Other than these small errors, looks good.
