I was taking my 2nd grader to school in chicago, was crossing the street when all of a sudden people started screaming as a man jumped out of an 18 story window and landed on the wrought iron fence of his apartment courtyard, mind you this is at 7:30 am as kids are walking to school, it was mass hysteria and one girl next to me was teary as she heard his body make a loud thud, he was disemboweled, it was totally surreal, I had to cover my childs eyes. I couldn't sleep for weeks after.

Unfortunately, it was a couple of accidents. The first one, I was driving by and I saw as they put the obviously DOA onto a stretcher.
The most shocking one was one day I was in the passenger seat and I saw this lady driving this fancy sportscar. The road was a little wet. I saw her beside me, made eye contact. She sped up and somehow lost control of her car. I didn't see the car lose control, but I saw her car fly off the expressway ramp. It happened so quick, but the first thing that came to mind was that I was the last person she saw. Freaky weird and sad.

I saw the video of Nick Berg getting his head sliced off with a machete by Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi. He is screaming like nothing I have heard before as the knife is cutting his neck, then he goes silent and you hear a gurgling sound for a few seconds, and then the terrorist holds his severed head up to the camera, still twitching in agony, while everyone dances around chanting "Allah Ackbar!" (God is Great).
I was really glad to hear when the US military gave that sick bast**d an all expense paid, one-way ticket to hell.

At 15, I had to pull a dead woman from a river. The other 4 people in the car were pulled up a couple of hours later. So basically, 5 drowned people on the same day.

When I was in Chicago I saw like a 10 automobile cash as an accident. It was pretty bad, SUvs flipping over etc/etc. we had our windows down in the car , the guy next us was sing a song to it and using his has as drums as the automobiles were crashing! The guy was wearing a suit to top it off. It made me sick to my stomach, I just couldn't how heart-less people can be.
Another time my friends and I saw a guy masturbating at a red light in his SUV. I was 16, I never laughed so hard in my life

I've seen all of the autopsy pictures for a large university hospital--going back to the 1880's.
You can't believe the strange crap I've seen--so after that nothing shocks me.
I've seen all of the police crime photos for my area.
I have a unique job to say the least.

It was a horrible site and haunts me to this day. It happened when I was 19, I am now 50 and still have nightmares about it. It was a decapitated infant in an auto accident. I was the first one on the scene of. Lord knows that I wish I wasn't

Driving north on the West End Hwy in New York, I saw a girl give a guy on the street a BJ in full view of everyone, though he still had all his clothes on. Traffic was moving slowly, and it was almost impossible not to see it.

am Level 2 firefighter and EMT, but my husband's dead body and him only 37. It was shocking enough to me that I had a "cardiac event" and 2 days later went into a "thyroid storm" We met and started dating when he was 14 and married for the past 20 years, so it is definitely the most shocking
