fuel is aired up at fuel filter pickup has a new fuel pump on frame and it is full of fuel. Most trouble in the morning when starting. why is the fuel airing up at the filter and the pickup misses too?

sounds like a onboard computer program issue, best bet take it and have the onboard systemed coded see what errors hit. chevys deisel was never a sound motor. Good luck.
