My friend / roommated just downloaded my I tunes playlist to her I pod, and it said this (which is MY) computer can only use 1 Ipod. However I was thinking of getting my son one for his B-day (in a month). How will I be able to get music on it??? I don't want to disappoint my son, but she already used Itunes. Is this possible? I'm a learner, so be gentle and explain in plain terms!!! Thanks!!!

Buy a mp3 player direct from China. One reliable supplier I've got several from is www.uxcell.com. Tunes can be simply copied across from your computer without any fancy software. It appears as a drive on your computer.

You don't need specialised software but if you want to take tunes off CDs etc. one useful piece of very straightforward software that works with every mp3 player I've tried (and some software doesn't!) is Ashampoo mp3 studio from www.ashampoo.com. You do have to pay for it, but it's really good and when you think of what you're saving on the mp3 player ............

well does your friend constantly come back for itunes use?
if she does, what you should do is create another account on your computer so that you can have multiple itunes.
or you can just delete all of your friends songs and start fresh for your son.but that would be mean. ask aournd at the place you buy the ipod, they are always helpful.
