Doubtful.
We, as a species, cannot realize that the future depends on what we decide now.
We continue to squander our time, efforts, resources, and potential to kill each other and strip the planet of resources needed to venture off our planet.
We ignore the fact that the oil in the ground will be gone soon and we have no plan for a replacement power source to support our civilization.
I could go on but I hope you get my point - we are destroying ourselves and our future by becoming embroiled in futile disagreements and wars over political, religious, economic, ethnic, racial, etc. differences that mean nothing if we disappear from the galaxy.

not in this lifetime, or any coming anytime soon. There isn't even anything in our solar system worth doing anything with, and the amount of time and energy used to travel to and colonize new planets would be astronomical. and if you haven't noticed, the earth really isn't all that great of a place.

No way! The humans will someday learn that they are an inferior species and they will be eliminated.
