My kid is playing Webkinz (c) and cannot drop things into her room that she bought from the W Shop(?)?

She cannot not drop things from her dock to her room. WHY is this??

Some things can only be placed outdoors and some things like food can't be placed in rooms. If it's furniture & other indoor objects and there's space for them, try logging out & logging back in. Sometimes the site doesn't run smoothly and glitches like this pop up. It seems worse when they are adding new items/games, which they did on Friday.

You should be able to drop items in your room simply by dragging them to your room while in Edit mode. It should switch automatically, but you can always press the Edit button first.

There are a couple of things to remember - first, you can only put items on top of other items if they say you can. You can't put a teddy bear on the bed for instance, because the bed is for sleeping, not putting things on. Second, you can't put outdoor stuff - like trees or lawn furniture - inside. You need an outdoor yard for that.

Otherwise, if you see the tile under your item turn green, you should be able to let the item go and it should go into place.
