If the used column doesn't come with a steering wheel First remove the horn button. If I remember correctly it has a round button that just pulls off if not look at the back side for some screws. Then remove the safety clip that holds the nut on the steering wheel. Remove the nut and with a steering wheel puller pull off the steering wheel. If you don't have a steering wheel puller you may be able to pull it off by leaving the nut on a few turns so you don't hurt yourself and just pull real hard while rocking it back and forth.
next remove the panel under the steering column and you will have 2 nuts under tie instrument cluster that hold the to of the column and 4 at the fire wall. on the outside you will have a bolt that goes through the steering shaft to remove as well. once the column is unbolted you can unplug the ignition switch at the base of the column, the turn signal switch and the wiper switch. It's a fairly simple job so you should be able to handle it.
