I am 15 1/2 and am looking to take drivers education soon, but the next available class dosen't start until mid April. My birthday is in June and I was wondering what is the earliest I could get a level 2 license.

You cannot have less than 6 months with a level 1 license.

Look here - it's a chart on what you have to do:

get your permit and start getting experience.

then, go to drivers Education, and then take road lessons.

After you take drivers ed, and the required amount of road lessons, and you have enough driving experience you can get your licence anytime after the age at which you are required to in your state

(for example, in MA you need to be 16 and a half in order to get your licence, but you can get your permit at 16. So, you would take drivers ed. when you are 15 and a half, get your permit at 16, take road lessons, build up experience, and then at 16 and a half go for your licence. you can do it when ever.
