The Water Margin was class compared to Monkey - not only was the lip synch near perfect but the stories were more interesting and more moral (at least to a kid sitting in front of the telly eating their beefburger, chips and beans in the 70's) Ah, Lin Chung and his band of warriors living in Liang Shan Po - i still wonder what happened to the warrior who wore the colander on his head?

Yeah, just about remember it, was serious as opposed to monkey being a bit of a cartoon, remember finding it very interesting to watch as a kid. Thanks for the memory!
