can you use paramol when you`ve just had a baby?

If you are breastfeeding you have to be carefull of any painkillers or drugs as the baby will be getting it too through the milk. If the baby is being bottle-fed then yes you should be fine.

As long as there is no aspirin in it.

Im assuming you mean Paracetamol? If so you are fine.
