Well look at there clothes,accesories,phone,and all that stuff and if they are poor they look raggid,they DON'T have a phone,they have poor accessories and they carry bags with them cause they don't have a house if you mean a hobo poor.

Sometimes you can't. I worked for Steve Powers here in Malibu calif and he wears jeans, tennis shoes and t-shirts. You would never guess this guy is a millionaire by his looks or by the way he acts. He's a nice guy and doesn't make a big deal about it.

nice car or crappy car. Some rich folks like to save money or spend it wisely thats why they are rich, so a lot of them wear regular clothes.

Mainly by mannerisms and the way he talks. The clothes and car may not be his, but his mannerisms are his.
The stupid girls on Joe Millionaire should have known he wasn't rich.
