do NOT go to inventhelp.com. that is a HUGE scam company that takes your ideas and leaves you with nothing.
20/20, 60 minutes, all of them have done reports on this company and how crooked they are.
talk to a patent/copyright/trademark attorney.
do not show anyone what you have, do not tell anyone what you have, do not demonstrate to anyone what you have. as people will steal your idea and leave you hanging.
attorney is only way to go. they will guide you on the right path and not take the idea as they are bound by an oath of law.

don't be stupid and sell a good invention with out getting it patented first cause if its a good enough idea there will be a bunch of knock offs (why not get paid royalties to let other people use your design?) well i hope this helped and good luck with your invention.......don't go to those invention help lines they just piggyback on your idea and roll in the money!!!!!
