i would...theer can be some bleeding in early pregnany and cramping....or u could be having a misscarraige...or it could be nothing...u were over a month late(wich means u completely skipped a period) go get checked out, tell your doctor ( or a clinic Dr.) exactally what u have said here. I would go get checked emmediatly b/c if u have had a misscaraige and dont see a doctor u can get very sick, and if u r pregnant u need to see a doctor right away. Best be safe than sorry Hun...Good Luck

FYI...LOTS OF WOMEN GET THEIR PERIOD THROUGHOUT PART IF NOT THEIR ENTIRE PREGNANCY...DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YOUR NEXT PERIOD, GO GET CHECKED.... a pregancy test if FREE at a clinic.

It sounds like your cycle skipped a month, which can be caused by a nubmer of things. What you've described is most likely ovulation bleeding. When the egg leaves the ovary, it actually ruptures or bursts out of the ovary, and there can be bleeding, along with cramping. Wait and see if your period comes in 13-16 days. If it does, this means your cycle just skipped and you should be back to normal. If you don't have a period in this time frame, make an appointment to see your GYN, and tell him/her all of your symptoms no matter how small.

You should also take a PG test. If its postive this could have been implantation bleeding, which is also normal. If you are pregnant, call your OBGYN and make a pre-natal appointment, start taking pre-natal vitamins, and drink lots of water and get rest.

Good luck.

There are a couple of possibilities.

Certain medical problems can interfere with your period, as can some medications. If have been unusually active, doing more exercise then usual your period might have been interrupted.

Also, it is possible you are pregnant, and your 'period' was spotting.

If your period is normally extremely regular, then it is probably worth seeing a doctor, just to be sure nothing is wrong.

If you are sexually active, I would take a pregnancy test. During the first trimester, a lot of women experience bleeding similar to their periods but lighter. If you're not active, and the cramping is not unusual, I wouldn't worry about it.

You could be pregnant. Have you tested? Light "periods" are not terribly uncommon. Cramping with no bleeding is common too. Please take a home pregnancy test. Even if the results are negative, see your doctor. You could have a hormone problem that needs balancing.

Good luck!!

Could you be pregnant? It is possible to have bleeding even when pregnant in the early stages. If there is no chance of this, then maybe it is just hormones. Your cycles sometimes are irregular due to changes in your body. If it continues see a doctor.
