Imagine you wake up 2moro and discover that everybody you ever met was a dream. Even your parents. That they don't exist....that you're the only human on this planet. How would you stay alive. What would you do? Will you be motivated enough to stay alive or will you die?

First, I could do whatever I wanted. Staying alive with all the world's resources would be very easy.

I would do what people have always done.
A. survive
B. figure out the meaning of life
If I'm alive I came from somewhere. Who created me? Where are they now? Why am I alone here? Is there some purpose I'm here for? As long as I could hold out hope that I'd find someone else or someone would come back for me I'd take care of A. If I gave up hope, I don't think I'd commit suicide or anything. But I'd probably let things slide so bad that I'd die of malnutrition, illness, exposure, alcoholism, etc.

I will try to stay alive although I'm in shock. Then I'll go to a library like the guy in The Twilight Zone and do what I always wanted to do until I step on my glasses. That will probably be somewhere on Rodeo Drive and I won't be able to get those (probably) painful electronic tags off my new things!! And THEN I will die. (Fallout & NO Ozone) Happy Thoughts!! I would celebrate! I would pick my house and live like a queen. i could drive any car, drink any wine, own any jewelry. You wouldnt need even try to survive. The crime rate will drop and the only way you could die is by suicide or falling off a cliff. I would feel great! People pollute and destroy the planet and arent very nice. Being the only person alive would be heaven. Although I would miss my fiance.

Thats a mad question, on the one hand I'd be very upset and lonely, on the other I wouldn't be feeling all the pain people cause each other.
I'd get myself a cool place by the sea to chill, farm for food, and read all the things I'd want to to help me understand life and emotion.
I'd also try travelling to different places to check I was the only one, and see all the things I want to in the world.
It would be lonely but so peacefull, I'd just get high off nature. I'd like to think I wouldn't give up because there would be no pressure to succeed, just to survive. I'd like that world. Lonely still.

Are just all of the people gone, or animals too?
If animals were still inhabiting the Earth, I would be happy. I tend to be a loner anyways, and really dislike most people. But I do love my pets and animals in general, so I think I could be quite satisfied if I had them to keep me company. I would move near a source of clean water, and plant a big garden, and live out my life.
If there were no animals I may fall into a deep depression. With absolutely no sentient beings to interact with, I think I would be quite bored. I don't think I'd kill myself, but I would live out my days miserably.

I probably would not believe my senses... and go off in search of others. In fact... I would probably imagine myself into oblivion, as if my parents did not exist, I would be hard pressed to be alive. I would have to rewire all my perceptions in order to stay sane. I would have to recreate my own little world... eventually there would be people in it... I'd go a little left of wacky (but I get to define sane as I am the first one here) and... what was the question again?

I'd commit suicide. The world would be super boring. What's the point of living by yourself? Nobody to call, nobody to hang out with, nobody to have kids with or get married to. No point of living WHATSOEVER! Nobody will be working at the mall because everybody is dead so you can get all the clothes you want.......BUT....who do you have to impress? All the food is gonna be spoiled because you don't work at all the food factories in the world. You can get any car you want but where are you gonna go and who are you gonna enjoy it with? You can travel anywhere you want.....but do you know how to operate a plane? Not everybody does. If you're really ill, there aren't going to be anybody at the hospital. If it's one of those days when you want to do "The Deed"....who are you gonna do that with? It'll be dead silence (literally). Sooner or later....you'll drive yourself nuts. So I'd kill myself.
