The fallen archangel vs an undead Vlad the Impaler? Well, considering that Lucifer thought he had a chance against God Almighty, I don’t think Dracula has a snowball’s chance of standing up to him.

Lucifer would win, ask anyone to name the most evil person in history and Lucifer would be named. Dracula, come on, he fell in love with a girl which ended to be his downfall, Lucifer would kill the dame first.

Lucifer. hands down, i mean it's Lucifer, he almost stood up to god. then of coarse he was cast into hell, but that is more than what Dracula has done.
