Sometimes it makes you stronger, sometimes weaker. Depends on the person, their mental state, the support systems (counseling and/or family, friends) they have available to them, environment they live in, etc.

i dont know, i think it depends on the experience. i know people who have had bad experiences who are better for it.......... but i also know people who will never completely get over or recover from the experiences they've had. all i can say is that all experiences change you in a way, whether it makes you stronger....... or weaker.

Yes I had a very traumatic childhood and Its made me a very strong woman.A little morbid and sadistic but strong.
