think this is best done as threesome event, first of all he`s tied up on the bed.
second you can have the choice of what you would like to do with the chopstick and riding crop,
I`ll take great enjoyment by tickling the soles of his feet with the feather, if he is not tickly then if you don`t mind I`ll borrow the riding crop from you.

If I have to give an answer .... I'd say riding-crop , then you could give him a quick poke in the ribs with it if he didn't giggle well enough.

from my point of view...should i remove the lens cap....
the use of a feather duster would wear down through 3 stages to the crop in about an hour...
