DMV.

At least the people in the ER have more interesting stories about why they're there.

The ER by a long shot! My wife passed out on the bedroom floor and was light and sound sensitive to the point she vomited and didn't realize it. I took her to the ER where we waited for almost four hours to be seen. It seems that all the little kids who had colds were a bigger priority that people who actually had emergencies.

If I'm injured I'm at the ER, so now I'm injured and waiting. If I'm at the DMV, I'm just pissed and waiting, I'll take the DMV.

ER, because chances are you're in some pain if you're there.
