she says she dosent care, and i KNOW she does. i can tell that she needs someone and i want to help but i dont know how to get her to talk to me about it. i can tell i can that it wouldnt take much mabey only a few words, i think she is embarressed, what is like a few sentences or somehting i could say to her.

Sorry I misread the question. Your friend is going through alot BUT she is doing the right thing not telling you all that is going on. I can tell you from experience, you will find out in time. Just be there, love her, hug her and try not to take sides no matter what because they both are her parents. You wanted a couple words. There really aren't any. Just let your parents know what is going on so that you can let her know she always has a place to stop by when she feels like the world is crumbling. Take Care, Alda

Okies actually I can relate to this since my parents are currently going through one hell of a nasty divorce battle. It really hurts cause you always expect it to happen to some other family not yours...even when you know it's for the best it's still kinda hard to deal with. It's also hard to talk about yet my friends are cool I know that they're there whenever I feel like talking. Just let your friend know that you're there for her if she ever feels like talking or just venting.

Well you've asked and her and shes holding it all in right now just wait for her when she is ready she will open up. Don't hound her about it though that could make her clam up even more. Be patient she will talk when she is ready.

Tell her that you will listen if she ever wants to talk about it, then you need to never mention it again.
