I assume you mean an artficial aquarium, that looks real. You buy an aquarium, fill it with acrylic gel, and put the fish/ stones/ decorations in the tank(before you fill it, you will need to layer all the pieces as you put the acrylic in it). It should harden, to give a clear look that will look like an aquarium. You can buy the acrylic gel at places like Michael's art/crafts store, and the othe stuff in the fish/pet supplies section of Walmart.

What do you mean "fake aquarium." Is this, still, to hold water and fish?

If u get one fish just put it in one of those long glass cylinder cups
i did,i had to because my betta fish kills any other fish i put with it.
