Yes, I talk to myself and think aloud to figure out a problem or situation in my life because it helps to hear it aloud instead of thinking it. But I don't answer myself back, that is just crazy and weird.

My self is the only person who accualy listens to me! Of course I talk to my self! LOL! And as far as the alone part goes... I talk to my self any where! At school, home, the car, work, with friends, and even in church! lol!
