You can find the OC Mix on iTunes, or on the Fox TV Network website, it will give you the breakdown of all the songs played and on which episodes.
Go to MTV.com for the Laguna Beach soundtrack. I would classify the type as Alternative / Pop ?? I know the OC plays a lot of Zero 7, they are a great band. Laguna Beach plays more Pop I think.
