Bush, unfortunately, is the Commander-in-Chief of the United States military and has the right under the constitution to deploy troops any where he see fit. Congress could cut off the funding for the Iraq war, but that would put our troops in grave danger. So, for the moment wer're stuck with another Bush blunder.

The Commander in Chief can send Troops anywhere, anytime...God help us all if Congress doesn't pay the bill. If that were to happen, we, as a country, should Impeach the entire Congress

I hope they don't get involved and let the man do what is best for our country. Congress can't stop Bush directly, they can only cut the funds used to get the troops there.

I hope so. Isn't that why the American public wanted the Democrats in charge of Congress? If the Democrats don't stop that maniac Bush , then they may as well tear up the Constitution and flush all that America's fore fathers fought for down the toilet.
