Most people will say to check your recycle bin. I'm sure you already tried that. so i think you should look at a file recovery program.
The way those recovery programs work is like this: When you delete a program (ie place it in the recycle bin and empty it) it doesn't delete it, it only allows windows to overwrite it with something else. If it's already been overwritten it's super unlikely you'll recover it. So, if you put the file in your trash, emptied and have placed anything else in there the chances of you getting your file back is pretty slim. HOWEVER, if you do want to try, download the trial version of winundelete. the trial version lets you scan to see if it can be recovered. So download it and see if the file is still there. If it is, then you'll have to buy the progam to recover it. But there's no guarantee you'll get it back. Sometimes in the recovery process it can corrupt the file. ( most of the time it will be very difficult to recover a video because it's so big and easily corruptable.....Hope this helps... Good luck!!

If they're not in the recycle bin, they're probably gone for good. There are some file recovery programs that might help, just google "file recovery" and look around. However, the longer your machine runs since they were deleted the greater the chance that you won't be able to recover anything.

sorry to tell you but it's lost forever, no way U can restore or retrieve it. the only thing is to make sure it hasn't went to recycle byn, coz that would be great, U can restore it from there, although I don't think U would have asked this question is that was the case

go to your desktop and go to your recycle bin. look in there for the deleted files. then click on the file and right click and then click on restore. That should work.
