The saddest movie was "Titanic" because the ship took too long to sink and we had to sit through all that alleged "acting" by Leonardo DiNancio and that Kate Sagginglow. I kept hoping the theater would hit an ice berg. FInally I was able to mercifully lose consciousness by repeatedly bashing my head on the usher.

The Eric Clapton Song "Tears In Heaven". It's about Eric Clapton losing a son who died when he was very very young falling out of a window.

So sad.

Also the version of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" by a man named Israel Kamakawiwo 'ole ALWAYS makes me cry, even though it's supposed to be a happy song.

Well Highlander is not a sad movie . It has that real sad song that played as he outlived his wife. "Who wants to live forever" I think it was by Queen.

I still cry when I see

Fox and the Hound
Knotting Hill
Braveheart
Gladiator
Armegeddon
Lonesome Dove
Where the Red Fern Grows

What comes to mind is the movie 'Savior' with Dennis Quaid...one of the most underrated actors of his generation...in the best performance of his career. A harrowing movie...with a devastating ending...

the songs that follow the end and as the credits roll...must be seen as themovie ends and heard to be taken in their proper context...
left me with a fist sized knot in my throat...for the duration of the end title songs...

a folk group named "Moba" with 5 female vocalists sung "Rasti rasti moj zaleni bore".
