M.S. Primus believes the most important duty of the President is Protector of the citizens. This means keeping in mind what the citizens' desire in government before all other interests. It clarifies that security at home and abroad is more important than other issues, http://www.voteprimous.com

Preserve, protect and defend the constitution. This covers a lot of ground but the accepted primary obligation is national defense. This is why the presidents' title is 'Commander in Chief' and why the the presidency has been entirely responsible for foreign policy, international relations, trade negotiations and the security of citizens at home and abroad.

In Bush's case, to take as much vacation as possible, be in bed by 9:00 pm sharp, ignore all security meetings and expert advice, avoid speaking to anyone other than roomfuls of hand-picked stooges, and above all, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, blame others for your mistaked.
