Yes, this happens to me.. take midol and add Iron into your diet,... they sell iron pills at the pharmacy over the counter or at any health store!! A womans multi-vitam will do good, womans multi's have a lot more iron then men's do, because woman need it! Also birthcontrol helps with all the pain in the a** symptoms of PMS!! Good luck!!

Yes, the upper part of your legs will ache. Any kind of pain medications such as Tylenol or Advil should help. Soak in a warm bath with Epsom salt for a while and see if that helps. It's just a part of cramping. You might even want to use a heating pad set on low. Hope that helps.

sometimes my thighs get sore when I have my period. I usually take an advil or tylenol to help with the pain.

Yes i get numbness in my legs. Sore lower back, and cramps in my belly...
I guess just take advil and take rest. And wait for your period to pass.

My legs hurt when I lie down, and spasm while I'm sleeping.
Try taking tylenol or Motrin.

mine do sometimes and i think its sciatica from the bloating.. try taking midol or something for bloating and also try stretching
