Do you mean "Banging on the Trash Can" because I remember Doug from Nickelodeon since 1991 until Disney bought it in 1998.

That is all I know from that one episode where him and his friend Skeeter (he's blue) start a garage band in which developed into this song. You can google it if you want to, but I doubt you will have an accurate search. Well, at least I remember it as a show from Nickelodeon, originally.

If you also mean the theme song, the theme song is sung in 1990s bebop scat singing, or if you also meant the "Killer Tofu" song, then they were song by the cartoon metal/new wave band called The Beets.

You can actually look them up on nickelodeon's radio station, but I know one song is Killer Tofu, there's the I need more allowance song...and the band is called the beets
