Anytime it is cold or wet on of the belts squeel loudly, until the car warms up. Took it to have the belts checked and was told they were fine. Also Hyandai said it was normal, but it squeels so loud it wakes the neighbors. Any ideas?

Did they check the belt tension or just look at the belt and say "its fine.?" Look at the belt yourself and look for any cracks in the belt. If the belt is in good shape then check the belt tension. You can buy a belt tension gauge from Napa for 12 or 14 bucks

belt is worn...it's recommended to change belts and hoses every 3 years or 30,000 miles..they may appear to look good but there fairly inexpensive to replace

if the belt is good as they say then your tensioner is bad to make that kind of noise.
