I just realize this.
I recently wrote a fictional peice for an optional school assignment. I was procrastinating about starting it, but then I got really mad at my mom and sister for something. I know I was overreacting now, but while I was in my room with the labtop, my best writing was going on. After I had cooled down, so did my writing. Now that I look at the story, the first few paragraphs are so full of feeling and emotion, and it wears off after a while. Those paragraphs aren't even showing anger in the character, more like fear and sadness, but not anger.
So why does my best writing happen when I am angry?

Passion!!!
That power of anger, fear, lust, or any other intense emotion is what I mean when I use the word passion.
Some people become very creative when in the throws of passion and some become babbling idiots. It appears it causes your creative juices to flow in a torrent of written words. Now the bad news, your body can't take a 24/7 diet of these feelings. It will melt down with you inside of it. So my advice is use it when you have it but don't try to force it. It will be artificial and the phony will come through in your writing.

Intense emotion sparks creativity as a need for an outlet. You are then impassioned and your stronger-than-usual emotions flow more freely without the inhibitions you have when keeping your feelings in check.

Poet Lord Byron once said, To be a poet, one must be in love or miserable. Even though we can only have one emotion at a time. Anger is your muse, It taps your soul and brings forth fruit.

nice! its simply motivation! and also your brain activity speeds up when you are driven like that. its like emotional inspiration!
also your character is drivin out when one feels realization of some sort. even though the story didnt sound angry you mind races with all the things you know, believe, and long for. when you create structure to that. a good story comes out
if you want plz send it to me cause this happens to me and i want to compare :)

Some people use emotion to express themselves on paper. It just works that way for them.
I do the same thing. It's just expression passion about something.

Maybe your unconscious self-doubt and any hesitation you may have in a regular mode goes away and you can become really passionate and honest about whatever you're writing. And you release your full potential.

Hi Red,
You know, already. Emotions come from our core and we are invested in whatever we are doing when we feel.
You sound like a very self-aware person. Pleased to meet you.

because when you get mad at some one often times we cant tell them how we feel, but you can put it down on paper.
