I'll be visiting Seattle soon, I'd like to know if this hotel is comfortable, nice and if it's located in a good neighborhood.

Thank you.

No. If this is the Days Inn in downtown Seattle near the Space Needle this is a horrible choice. The hotel isn't in very good shape, the parking lot is poorly lite, the staff is rude, management indifferent and the surrounding "business district" doesn't inspire much confidence.
When I moved to Seattle in 1998 I stayed here one night and then made my new boss move me that very next morning.
I wrote a letter to corporate about my stay and they provided a partial refund and a chance to "experience" the "new" downtown Days Inn about two years later. Amazingly it was slightly worse.
If you'd like additional details please feel free to contact me directly. --Andy

You might want to try Tripadvisor.com and see what other tourists have said about hotels in Seattle. It should give you some idea of where to stay and what to expect.
