I was arrested in 2005 for possession of marijuana. Now Im trying to get a good job and they did a background check. It came out as Disorderly Conduct. The employer wants me to get proof from the court saying I plead guilty to Disorderly conduct. If I go and get records saying I plead guilty..will it say for possession of Marijuana or Disorderly conduct? Thanks!

It will probably say the original charge of Possession of Marijuana and show that you pled to a lesser offense of Disorderly Conduct.

Yes it should. The court house has most every record that you would need.
