I would check with your Dr first, but you might have bruising from the kicking of the baby. Thats just what I'm thinking. I mean I know that you were getting kicked earlier in the Pregnancy and you weren't getting bruises, but the baby is bigger now w/ less & less room. Your body has also gone through SOOOOO many changes since you have been pregnant too. I'm sure there have been a lot of Chemical changes in you as you are comming closer and closer to having the baby and chemical changes can allow our body to bruise easier. Congrats on the Baby though!!!

I'm 25 weeks along and just last week noticed a small bruise on my stomach that I can't recall a reason for. I don't have an answer for you, but I assume it's got to do with the skin streching.

Im due Monday and have these bruises also. I think its just small blood vessels that have busted because of the stretching and movements of the baby. Good luck with your pregnancy.

I'm sorry you have bruises. Could it be the way you sleep? Do you sleep on your stomach or the side of your stomach? Maybe the baby is kicking too hard.

Whatever the reason, please see the doctor. You never know what's really going on until then.

they are not actually bruises, they do look like it though. It is fairly common, a lot of women get these spots during their pregnancy. I never did, but my sister had them and they are harmless. Good Luck and God Bless!
